Unsertech strives to keep labor costs at a minimum while still offering a highly professional level of service and customer satisfaction. The standard rate of service is $40 per hour (1 hour minimum) plus travel costs. This rate is almost half the rate you would pay at most stores in the area plus you have the option for onsite service and repair!

No matter how much you tend to your machine you can bet things can and will go wrong down the line at some point. Fixing a PC yourself takes a considerable amount of skill, knowledge, and training. Once a problem does occur you have two options.

1) You can spend countless hours on the phone with the vendor you bought the machine off of troubleshooting the problem just to find it is a hardware problem. After spending hours on the phone to find out what you already knew, you have to disconnect the machine, package it, and send it back to the vendor so it can be diagnosed at their office. Sometime in the future the company will then most likely send the same machine back to you after they have hopefully diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it. If not the cycle begins again! Also remember this option is only available without cost if your machine is still under warranty. If not you are looking at some heafty costs!

2) You can contact Unsertech to drop off your machine or schedule onsite repair at a time that is suitable for you. As the customer you have the choice to either replace the faulty part with a unit you have purchased yourself or you can have Unsertech hunt down and purchase the needed part for no additional charge!
